Source: The recombinant Human c-MPL/Thrombopoietin R Protein, (amino acids Gln26-Trp491) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human c-MPL/Thrombopoietin R protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 53.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human c-MPL protein with the C-His tag at 0.2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-c-MPL Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 9.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human c-MPL/Thrombopoietin R Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
